Weekend Leadership and Its Activities
Weekend leadership programs are places to learn, unlearn and relearn. The activities performed are fun activities along with leadership goals. They are performed on the basis of skill sets, their age group and kind of orientation that is needed. Weekend leadership is generally a two-day program. Participants attend a series of leadership development sessions that focus on team-building and further developing individual leadership skills and understanding. The weekend leadership is a program that is being encouraged by the budding leaders to participate. They are asked to enroll so that their thoughts can be shared and they are at par with the leadership teams. They are even encouraged to present their views on different topics so that their mindset can be determined and the activities given can be done accordingly.
